In My first sex book, the taboo about sexuality among people with disabilities is broken. The book tells the story of several young people who are looking for their identity. They gradually learn what different relationships exist, how their bodies change during puberty, what a sexual relationship entails and how to deal with it. My first sex book is built around different themes: puberty, relationships, identity, female body, male body, boundaries, foreplay & pleasure, toys, sex, contraception and sexuality with limitations. The book provides information throughout these themes and can serve as support in practice.
