Surrealism: Lesson Plan on Destino

This lesson preparation made in Canva is about Destino and provides you with several hours of lessons in which students work with surrealism in combination with Walt Disney and Pixlr, but this is certainly also possible in Photoshop.

Surrealism was an influential art movement that emerged in the 1920s and 1930s. It was a reaction to the rationalism and materialism of the time, and it sought a higher consciousness through the subconscious and the irrational. Surrealism is best known for its paintings and sculptures.

One of the most notable films to emerge from surrealism is Destino, a collaboration between Walt Disney and Spanish artist Salvador Dalí.
