OpenAI DevDay: Opening Keynote
Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, the company that developed ChatGPT, presented the first developer conference DevDay on November 6, 2023 to learn about the latest AI developments and discover what lies ahead.
In this video you will learn what GPTs are and how you can develop them yourself, use them and make them available to others. Examples of GPTs include the Canva GPT tool that converts natural language into design and the Code.org Lesson Planner to make computer science lessons more attractive.
The Assistant API is proposed for developers to easily build an assistant that allows different tools to work together and converts both written and spoken language into code. As an example we see Wanderlust , a travel assistant.
